”The office personnel does not know what they are doing , had to leave for a family emergency a they would not refund one of the nights . The female desk worker is very rude , no water pressure in the room, dogs barking , this is not a good place to stay ! Stay away from this hotel! ”

”This place was terrible! I really don’t understand how people are rating this motel anything other than terrible. We pull up into the parking lot and the first thing we notice is people sitting outside their rooms drinking and pouring alcohol in the mouth of a man already so drunk he could barely sit in his chair. The room was nasty. Smelled like cigarettes and pot in the room even though we requested a non smoking room. The ice bucket had been used for an ash tray, the shower had hair all in...

”Reservation was do a king room. They put us in a two queen room. Hair dryer did not work, went to front desk and was told they did not have a spare as they just replaced 6 already. We had to purchase a hair dryer. Other than those two issues, the rest of the stay was bearable. ”

”Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

”very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area. The beach shuttle to the most beautiful beach was our highlite. think might make good location for girls weekend with shopping in the village area although it did get a little...
