”The property was outdated and smelled bad. Tiles from ceiling were missing. Carpet was old and stained. Pool didn’t work. Breakfast was served but the water /juice machine was broken. Parts of hotel did not have ac. Over all it was not a good stay it was a last minute stay so we had no other choice. The best part was James who was so nice and helpful.”

”Check in was very fast, the lady at the reception was nice and everything went smoothly. When we took the elevator we noticed that it was very dirty. We got to the room where it was pretty clean but when we looked in the bathroom we were disappointed. It was not cleaned at all, only the towels were changed, the shower was dirty with dirt from previous customers, full of black hair, the shower glass was dirty and the floor was full of hair and dirt and behind the toilet bowl there were two...

”Where to start…the only upside was the bar and cafe were close by the beach. Condo unit was badly outdated with bulky furniture that made it difficult to move around. Master bath shower head sprays water on the ceiling and straight out the door if it’s not pointed correctly. The elevators were broke down majority of the time we were there making it take a very long time to catch one. The private beach area is small and with all the rows of rentals set chairs taking up most of the beach area. You...

”They offer breakfast, but a cold breakfast. It's not a proper breakfast. High humidity in the rooms. Partly that's why the air conditioner year water on the floor. This was a problem in several rooms. The customer service was still good, the hotel was so clean.”
