”The host was really friendly & accommodating. Quick response to messages & really convenient with check in & check out. The only things for recommendation would be a rug or something to wipe your feet on as the floor is lino & it was raining outside, so feet felt dirty after showering & the powrerpoints by the the TV didnt work. WOTIF? Not so good. Two amounts were taken from my account. You can only contact Wotif by email or chat. Waiting time ok compared to banks and internet providers but the chat itself was disruptive. I had to upload proof of the double dipping to my bank account and the chat upload wouldn't accept the upload despite being around 186k. Very frustrating to the chat agent and myself. ...
