”This place has all the aspects that could make it a winner. It's in a great spot, it has a nice distillery behind it, and it's a walk to town. Unfortunately the management is letting this place go big time. Mouldy windows, mouldy shower, big brown stains on blankets, unusable wifi, general maintenance and cleaning seems non existent. The tiled floors we gross sticky also. It's barely three stars, we never saw a staff member the entire time for check-in or out either.”

”A quaint, hidden gem of a property which was well located away from the hustle and bustle. Lisa, who manages the place, was lovely and friendly. The spa bath was a real treat and it was refreshing to stay in pet friendly accomodation that didn’t charge extra for your pet (big plus!). The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cabin had a lovely homely feel. Only small negatives were that the towels were really thin, there was just a sheet and thin blanket (no duvet) so it got a bit cold...

”We loved our weekend away at Karma Suites, a stones throw from the beautiful Montville Main Street filled with unique shops and restaurants. The view was amazing and we were surprised how quiet it was being in the centre of town. Thanks for hosting us Finn, we will recommend this beauty to our family and friends! ”

”Lovely retreat with thoughtfulness written all over! Bed was comfortable. The little pantry was handy. Breakfast was beautiful. Pool with hot tub was a nice touch. Most importantly staff was five-star quality! ”

”Stayed here for two nights. The place is amazing, very beautiful surroundings and at a short distance to the Australia Zoo. The staff was very polite and helpful when planning the stay around the area. The lady in the reception knew very well what places are worth visiting! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very well cleaned!”

”We were very disappointed with our stay. After checking in, we found that the room had a strong unpleasant smell, the chairs were visibly stained, and the bathroom did not appear to be clean. The shower head was also not working properly, with very poor water flow, and it made a loud noise whenever it was turned on, making it an unpleasant experience to use. Because of these issues, we decided we wanted to check out early and contacted the hotel through the Expedia app to ask about the process...

”The TV wasn't working properly. There was a note to say it was buffering with Foxtel, and they knew about the problem. But the TV was so bad we couldn't watch it most nights. We were there for a week that that was disappointing. View was fantastic.”

”Good location, friendly staff. Allocated a room upstairs which was alot quieter this time around. Good size, comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathroom. We couldn't work out the fan but that was our fault, but had the air conditioner on. Only let down was the tight car parking with all the big 4WD but can't helped”
