”The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel is exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Also nice to stretch our legs for an easy walk through the park to Red Robin for dinner. ”

”It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room.”

”My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. ”Breakfast was not delicious. The females staff in the dining room and front desk were rude the first and second day Making us feel less worthy. ”

”The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative. Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed.”

”Area used to be a lot more well kept, unfortunately they have not maintained their cleanliness. Took some time to check in and the front desk smelled horrible. Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. Bar was closed before 9, breakfast cost $12 a person. Not impressed.”
