”Overall, fantastic for the price. If attending an event at KU it is a short distance from the main campus. In addition it’s very close to the main drag with shopping and restaurants. Quiet location and friendly staff. Overall, if I’m ever in Lawrence, Od stay here. Only issue was a noisy AC unit. I’ll give them a pass on that- I didn’t bring it up or ask for a different room so that’s on me.”

”This was the cleanest, best hotel we have stayed in in quite awhile! We've stayed at higher end hotels and haven't had near the positive experience that we had here! Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel breakfast!, pool was great, we had plenty of room in our king suite, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the later 12pm checkout so we didn't have to rush in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area again!”

”Overall my stay was great!! The first room they assigned had a horrible smell and the air freshener they had plugged in was empty… however when I went down and spoke with reception, they talked to me and asked questions about what I was smelling. They went above and beyond to move me to a different room, and it was wonderful!! So grateful!”

”I enjoyed the style of the hotel and the services are excellent.Very convenient location for walking to convention center and local sites. Over time the dark colors and finishings can strain this old person's eyesight. Lighter colors to brighten things in the rooms and lobbies make things easier to read etc. Downside on the room were the drains in sink and shower.The sink plug mech was disconnected and won't open .The shower drain was slow and the floor filled when showering;just needs a...
