”It was easy going from the start of the check in, pleasant hotel staff, clean rooms and good amnesties. The gym had what I need to have a good workout equipped with free weights, workout machine and stationary bike. My kids enjoyed the pool and it is big enough it held over a dozen kids. I keep my breakfast simple and the breakfast in the morning was more than generous for me. What really topped breakfast for me besides the self made coffee machine is the snap of a cooked sausage link when one...

”After4 attempts by phone over 3 hours on the day of scheduled arrival to confirm their checkin time, I was told that the hotel is closed and still under remodeling and would not be open for at least another 2 months. When I asked for $ back, I was told I had to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they had to call the property to verify my claim, the holes claimed that they were omen and that I just needed to call the other checkin desk. This was a total lie, I stayed down the street...

”The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...
