”Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night.”

”I rented this house to host Thanksgiving for my son and a bunch of guys in his unit at Ft Riley that couldn’t go home. The house isn’t as updated as you would think, but it was clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking. I did have to leave a day early to stay closer to the airport. ”We had an absolutely fabulous time! Your property provided us all that we wanted to do as a family: multiple settings, pool party, barbecuing, etc. We had a few items we noticed: the basement sink leaked, the master bedroom light seemed to have a short, the sink in the attic bathroom drained slowly, the oven didn’t heat up well and it wasn’t cleaned, and there was a crack On the driveway that caused one of us to trip.”

”We were in town to celebrate my Mother's 95th birthday. We stayed Saturday night and loved the location and all of the amenities that were available. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. The grandchildren loved having the 3rd floor to themselves! Should let people know in advance that the heated pool isn't heated unless you request it and there is an additional charge.”

”This 2-bedroom duplex is perfect for 2-4 people. It is nicely decorated, fresh and very clean. The host has thought of everything to provide for their guests. This is also in a very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. The host responded quickly with any concerns or questions we had. We will definitely stay there again.”

”The pictures of the backyard don't do it justice! We met in Wichita for a short family reunion and had three dogs with us. They stayed in their kennels while inside, but they could stretch their legs in the backyard chasing balls and playing together. All of the space was pertinent to allowing our groups of almost 20 to feel welcome, not crowded, and completely comfortable like they were in their own home. Everything was perfect! ”Property at the end of this cul-de-sac worked great for us three brothers and our families to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and as advertised. Updated bathrooms worked well. Location was nice for city day trips and plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Cousins did lots of hide and seek. the pictured chess table was our family jigsaw puzzle table for the weekend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the kitchen was oddly lacking some "normal" items....
