”I booked a last-minute stay through Expedia and accidentally selected dates that were one day too early. I immediately tried to get help, but the hotel provided no meaningful support at all. I called the hotel three times. No one answered. Their phone system asked me to leave my number and said they would call back within 24 hours, but nobody ever called. I also emailed and received no helpful response. Expedia also tried to contact the hotel regarding the situation, but the hotel still did not...

”Pros great location, easy access to beach, food and town. Comfortable beds, has fridge and great views from the room Has a jacuzzi, fire pit, and game area Water station and tea area was great. Cons checked in at next door hotel because we arrived at 7 pm, checked out by leaving the room cards in a bowl, never saw anyone managing front desk. Bathroom floor needs updating. No coffee in the front desk in morning”
