"To be fair I did look back at my four page email confirmation and did see I was informed there was no wi fi. Did not see that. We did not come to Big Sur to surf internet but no access to outside phone calls, weather and maps presented difficult planning logistics."

"This is an amazing home with spectacular views. Host was very communicative when I had trouble checking in. Home is right in the heart of Big Sur and was easy to access state parks, trailheads and restaurants. If we ever come back to the area we will be sure to check this property out again."

"Great place in the woods. Perfect for a couple. Cozy with beautiful views and lovely animal to greet you. Great hikes nearby. It is to note that it is 20 minutes from town and the roads are going through the mountains and can be dark at night but wasn’t a problem. Good WiFi, Smart TV."
