”We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. ”The shower had some remedial work to the tiles and had mastic smeared along the joints, black mould had started to accumulate The staff especially Acer and Gavin were exceptional, nothing was too much, they are a credit to your team”

”Very picturesque & welcoming Inn, excellent & friendly service throughout from an early check in to a free drink on arrival, our room was comfortable & clean with breakfast items available in the room, also tea,coffee & hot chocolate. Dinner was available in the pub dining room,pricey but extremely tasty. We will return.”

”Note that this is not normal hotel. Its rooms on upstairs of an Bub. Bed room and bathroom was where pretty okay just been renovated. Room did not have heating on when I arrived so takes a bit time to get heating on. Wifi was promised to include but it was external Wifi where you need to register and I dont do that on sudden hotels.. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear moves on the hallway and other room discussions. There is no restaurant at the Bub(hotel) so NO dinner and no breakfast...
