Central location with good service
Great location and good service. You can not get closer to the "epicenter" of Bilbao. Everything is within walking distance. Good routes also for running and hiking. The funicular is also just on the back yard. If coming with a car the parking carage is something where you need to be extremely skilled driver.

Kiva ja viihtyisä hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Mutta kannattaa varautua, että aamiainen ei kuulunut hotellin perushintaan. Nettisivujen mukaan aamiainen olisi kuulunut hintaan, mutta ymmärsin ehkä asian väärin.

Overall a positive stay. The location is excellent - close proximity to Guggenheim, funicular and Casco Viejo. Appreciated that staff let guests borrow umbrellas when it rained. Only minor gripes were lack of same day laundry service (at least the morning I inquired), bathroom countertop not thoroughly scrubbed and warm breakfast items were not warm at all (though variety of buffet was excellent).

Huonoa: Majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
Lage des Hotels zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bilbao wie Innenstadt, Guggenheim-Museum und Altstadt gut, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Das Hotel selber ist, es vornehm auszudrücken, in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten eine Suite upgegradet, was ein Witz war. Der Zustand der Suite heruntergekommen mit diversen Schäden an Wänden, Mobiliar und Vorhängen. Die Klima-Anlage funktionierte aus welchen Gründen auch immer nicht und das bei 30° Aussentemperatur und kompletter Sonneneinstrahlung. Der der Badewanne fehlte der Stopfen und die Düsen zur Massage funktionierten ebenfalls nicht. Interesse an einer Reparatur bestand beim Personal ebenfalls nicht. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat deutlich Luft nach oben!!

Last minute stay
Last minute booking as our flight was cancelled. Arrived 20 minutes after booking and they had already set up the infant cot in our room which was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

This hotel is contemporary in design and offerings, located in a quiet yet central location, and very affordable (at least in the off-season when I visited). The staff are professional. The room was comfortable: the bed, the heating, the hot water, the bathroom, the spacious closet. The breakfast is worth adding onto your stay as there were many healthy hot and cold options from which to choose; and I doubt that it would be fun looking for an outside restaurant serving breakfast, I don't think I saw one when walking around. I would definitely stay here again.

Metro-Station war etwas weiter weg. Aber das war nicht schlimm. Guggenheim schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Ausblick auf den Nervión. Sehr gute Frühstücksleistung. Sehr bequeme Betten in unserer Suite 422. Allerdings hat der Teppich sehr muffig gerochen.

We had our best overnight sleeping here
The hotel room maybe not as large as expected but comfortable bed and bedding are huge plus. The soundproofing window, in room coffee maker, and a kettle are another plus, which most span hotel miss those items. The parking is somewhat challenging, and need extra careful move around in the underground parking garage.

Good location along the river between the Guggenheim and Old Town. Helpful, welcoming staff. Clean room, good beds, close to the airport. No issues
