Only reason I didnât give it 5 stars is because we were unable to check in until 4pm for our overnight stay and we had to check out by 10am the next morning. Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out. And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit! We'll definitely be coming back.

We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but itâs only available for adults.
