Rakennus on vanha ja iän annetaan myös näkyä The Camberleyssä, mm. aamiaishuone on ihanan rustiikkinen. Sisäportaikko on hyvin kapea ja jyrkkä, joten mikäli asiakkaalla on minkäänlaisia liikkumista haittaavia vaivoja, kannattaa ehdottomasti pyytää huone...

”The hotel is dated and all rooms need updating as the floor boards all creek as you walk around especially in the bedrooms, the carpets are a little worn and the beds are not particularly comfortable. The staff are friendly enough, we only had breakfast once there and it wasn't that warm either. ”There was nothing unique about this hotel, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would warn people with disabilities about access issues at the front of the property, there are several stairs to climb and no ramp. To be fair, if you can arrive/enter at the back entrance, it's mainly on the flat, so I'd recommend this as the best option. There are two lifts in the hotel to help you reach your room, although you may have to wait a while as both can be busy, indeed one of the lifts is...

”Disappointing. Booked this hotel due to the free Airport Shuttle Bus. Arrived well within the advised operating hours of the shuttle bus. Called the number given by the hotel to be asvised the number was no longer in operation. Was left stranded at Pearson Airport at 21.30 with no option but to get a taxi which cost $36 to travel less than 2km. Would have been better paying more for a better property. Really dissapointing.”

”The property itself was well presented and clean, and the room was also clean on arrival. However, we had booked a "Luxury King Room" and felt the description was somewhat misleading. The bed was actually a double rather than a king-size bed (which I later noticed is stated in the room details), so the room name itself felt confusing. I’d also say the "luxury" description was an overstatement, as the room felt more basic/average than expected. Unfortunately, we had quite a poor night's sleep....
