This property was good— for a La Quinta. But for it to be rated by others as “9 Stars— Wonderful!” is a disservice. I expected/hoped to be surprised by a uniquely great experience, but wasn’t.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. Embassy Suites Hotel Birmingham
Rooms are big with a bedroom separate from the sitting living room which is really nice. Breakfast with the omelette station included is wonderful. There is a ruth chris in the hotel which we love to eat at. I think the convenience store should have more selections. Front desk staff was so nice. ...
