Situated in the Birmingham Arcade, this one bedroom property is close to all popular restaurants and bars. If you enjoy Asian cuisine, you will be dazzled by the variety of eateries and popular locations in this neighborhood.

The apartment comes with a spacious layout, having one bedroom and an open plan kitchen and living room area. You will also have access to your own balcony, so that you can enjoy the vibrant skyline from the comfort of your room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking at home. Additionally, we provide fast WiFi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix, all free of charge. You will also have access to a 50” Smart TV, so that you never miss out on your favourite shows.

There is 1 spacious bedroom with 1 king size bed, able to comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

Vehicles can be registred until 5:00PM.
Parking charges may apply for unregistred vehicles parked between 5:00PM and 9:00AM.

Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.

You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
The lift is currently out of service, the repairs are complex so it may take longer than usual to be fixed. Please be aware that access to the property will be via the stairs until further notice.
