After reviewing your reservation, I can see that you had booked a standard room, which would mean that any room preference would be subject to availability. On the day of your arrival, we were fully booked for double rooms, which resulted in your room being a twin.I hope this has shed some light on the situation, and if you ever book with us again, please call the hotel directly to request a room.
