”The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended.”

”We arrived at 7:00 PM and is was almost 8:00’before we were able to check in. Was not offered free breakfast or free parking or anything for the inconvenience of not being able to check in. The employee was very nice and apologetic but, i just feel like something should have been done to compensate us for the inconvenience.”

”First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....
