バドミントンの全英オープン観戦の為に宿泊。イギリスは初めてかつ英語が分からなかったので不安でしたが、特に問題なく宿泊できました。 日本と違ってアメニティが揃っていません。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープのみなので歯ブラシなどは持って行った方がいいです。 入り口、エレベーター、部屋、コインランドリーなど全てカードキーで入れます。初日はカードキーがないので、インターフォンを押すとドアが開きます。 7泊したので、コインランドリーが無料で使えて助かりました。コーヒーなどが無料でいつでも飲めるので、頂きながらロビーで洗濯を待ちました。 朝食もイギリスならではの感じでしたが、ほぼ毎日同じなのでやはり日本人としてはご飯が食べたくなるので、持参することをおすすめします。 清潔感もあり、ホテルの人もフレンドリーでした。また行った際は利用したいです。

Excellent location
Good room sizes and very central location. Everything we wanted to reach was within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had a good set of pots, plates and cutlery.

Great for a weekend stay
Perfectly located. Lovely room at very good value, and with breakfast included. My only wish would be that there was parking nearby, but there's nothing they can do about that physical constraint

아침식사는 훌륭하지는 않지만 부족함이 없었습니다.또한 부엌이 있는 호텔이라 스스로 식사를 준비해서 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 주변에 상점이 많고 막스앤 스펜서와 같은 훌륭한 슈퍼들이 있어서 좋은 품질의 식자재를 살수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 주변의 상점. 레스토랑. 기차역.코치역등이 가까이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 일요일 ~수요일 저녁에는 social evening이 있어서 맥주 와인 치즈 포도 휴머스 야채 커피 쥬스 등을 무료로 맘껏 이용하는 시간도 있습니다. 다음번에 와도 저는 이 호텰을 이용할것입니다.

Good location for central Birmingham. Our room had a broken flush that was fixed later on the afternoon we reported it. The room had an odd musty smell that we couldnt place. It made everything smell horrible! Room overall was a good size. Breakfast was ok, food range good but nothing special.

Got stuck in the lift, it was dirty and full of cleaning equipment. No water bottle in room which is pretty standard for hotels. Just poor all round apart from the breakfast which was half decent.

Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble apartment lovely, clean, walking distance to all shops and restaurants will stay again
