”Really good value for money, clean and quiet in a peaceful area in Birmingham. It is within reasonable distance to the city centre. Good, firm, comfortable beds. Very quiet, good powerful shower. ”

”The sirlion steak was cooked to perfection - best for a long time. The Nicky chalet was lovely, could have done with a paved pathway to get there and not grass, which I brought into the chalet on shoes, and the grass was wet in the morning to walk for breakfast and car park”

”We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!”

”Very near to a beautiful country side where to go for a walk and watch sunset. Only 10-15’ from city centre. Super clean, they make your room everyday without you asking and add everyday cookies and water.”

”The room smelt fresh and was clean. It was comfortable and had a decent en-suite. The hotel manager was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast which was healthy and sufficient. It was a small hotel but that didn’t matter. ”

”Fantastic and very helpful host. Great room and wonderful garden. About a 30 minute walk from the airport and a 20 minute walk from the NEC. The only thing missing was an included breakfast. The WiFi is very slow - streamed did sometimes buffer and not really any restaurants or anything near by and it wasn’t possible to order in without an English mobile number, but the host was very helpful and friendly. This obviously is not the host’s fault, but a food option or a local number would be very...

”A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

”Working in the area, made a change from the standard hotels, lovely and clean and carpets throughout made my stay nice and quiet, well maintained and pleasant welcome from Peter, Met Justine in the morning, welcoming well catered breakfast available. I had room 4, a single en-suite room, with coffee/tea in the room and clean shower facilities.”

”Excellent location when arriving by train. Aparthotel was nice, rooms in good condition. Lots of construction areas but no noise to rooms (surprise)!!! Absolutely worth of money and if visiting Birmingham again this would be my choice !”
