Management have gone over and above to help me with any questions regarding my stay with them. Room is very clean modern and spacious. Good supply of tea etc. Great accessible location. I will definitely book again.”
”Solo trip post hiking the Seven Sister's Cliffs. A beautiful and calm place to go to after a challenging hike. My room had a gorgeous view of the English Channel and the entire room and bathroom felt like you were staying in a top spa accommodation. Breakfast was of an array of nice choices. I will come again with my family!”

We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.

”Very nice beach front hotel - our room was massive with a lovely sea view, comfy bed, and nice feel to it, the only negative was the shower was slow to heat up - but was fine when it got going. Breakfast was pretty decent - the toasters were a bit slow, and the coffee wasn’t great but for the price couldn’t really complain. I would happily stay in the hotel again. ”

Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere.
Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape.
Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor.
We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service.

I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night.
