”Communications before during and after our stay was superb. Our room was spacious spotless and free from any other guest noise. The small treats in the room were a nice touch. The only slight issue was no shower gel in the bathroom so I had to use my wife’s. At least it made me smell sweet . Unfortunately due to our early start we didn’t have breakfast which did smell really nice. We are doing the York 10k event again and will stay here preferably room 14 ”
