”Place was way out of date very small,AC unit worked but was very noisy. Charged a 14.99 cleaning resort fee which is outrageous. That fee made this hotel more expensive then a nicer one they don't tell u about this fee until you check in. BEWARE!”

”Awesome and filling breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Parking was tricky and at a cost > March 31st. Worth the extra $$ for ocean view.”

”There were a number of things that could have made our stay here better. Pool and gym were off site at the local Y across the street. AC was not user friendly. Channel selection on TV did not include any of our favorites. We had one chair for two people. As senior citizens, our room was located on 2nd floor when first floor had many available rooms. Walk in shower was very nice. Location was fine. ”

”Nice little bar. Breakfast was good. Outside courtyard was lovely. Location very convenient to the Avenue shopping and restaurants.”

”Location, location, location! It's in one of the best locations in Rehoboth. On the first block from the beach. Restaurants are a stones throw away. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Our room was a little tight, but well furnished and updated. The balcony chairs were great! I was glad the TV still had local stations on it. ”
