”Property is older and is declining and needs some updates and maintenance. The need for non-feather bedding was not followed through with. Had to reach out multiple times before finally securing it very late one night. No apologies or follow-up by staff regarding the issue. Several times the front desk was unmanned when we went by. Minimal parking, had to park on the street frequently.”

”The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. ”We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

”Our stay here was fair to average. On the plus side was the breakfast and the gym. The negatives were the slight shabiness of the place (sketchy back carpark, trash around outside, broken door to swimming pool, charging ports in rooms not working). Also, when I booked, the website said there were rollaway beds available, but when asked for at the hotel, they said we could not have one because it was a fire hazard. There was also a notice on the hotel site that said the pool was not available but...

”My speaker was left behind and someone stole it. I tried calling as soon as I checked out to tell someone at 5am since I had a flight, I send a message and 3 days later still haven’t received a response. When someone finally answered after multiple attempts the said it “wasn’t found” I waited to unpack to send this response just to make sure I didn’t accidentally pack speaker. I checked in on Thursday night, left my “do not disturb” sign off the door on Saturday expecting to have the room...

”There was construction happening on the exterior of the building, painting I believe. So many of the parking spots were blocked off and the windows were covered for the painting. I would not had stayed here if I had known that. The eggs at breakfast are awful, everything else is okay. It's a nice hotel were were only there for a night.”

”The property was clean, the fragrance that is used is pretty overwhelming when walking in the entrance. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The whole check-in process was very fast. Upon walking in my suite there was a smell, like an old smell, if that makes sense. I think some of the furniture and carpet needs to be updated. The bedroom and bathroom were cool. The full kitchen was an added plus. Even though I only used the refrigerator. They have a bin for garbage and soiled linen...
