”Our trip to Oklahoma started out w/canceled flight due to bad weather so our plans changed. We needed to add another day to our stay in Tru by Hilton. Spoke w/Lamond. He was great. He helped us w/our bookings and changes in rooms. We didn’t get any hesitations or excuses on his part. He got it done. If we were going back we would stay here again. Expedia staff didn’t even help out w/any of the changes. We did it ourselves. Sad. They just gave credit for the inconveniences tho but it could have...

”We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

”This property is very nice, classy, clean, and easy to park at. We found the staff to be very kind and professional. We appreciate that they were always available and accommodating to our needs. It’s in a nice area of town so conveniently located to shopping and dining. We’ll definitely be back!”

”Our stay here was fair to average. On the plus side was the breakfast and the gym. The negatives were the slight shabiness of the place (sketchy back carpark, trash around outside, broken door to swimming pool, charging ports in rooms not working). Also, when I booked, the website said there were rollaway beds available, but when asked for at the hotel, they said we could not have one because it was a fire hazard. There was also a notice on the hotel site that said the pool was not available but...

”For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”

”The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. ”Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...
