”great breakfast, super clean rooms , very close to where we where going, friendly staff, especially the front desk blonde women who i forgot her name”

”Bathroom full of ants and other insects. Bed sheets were dirty and air vents were dusty and gross. I had to leave right away. Front desk person didn't even ask why.”

”the property seemed nice, and the lady that helped get us checked in was so friendly and accommodating, however the problem started once we entered the room. there were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom, and the room smelled wet and musty. The worst part though was that the toilet in the room did not flush. I told the front desk the next day and the man sent a housekeeper to "fix" it, it was not fixed and we had to use the communal bathrooms in the lobby when we had to go bc of the issue.”

”It was a place to stay for two nights, and it was quiet. I stayed on the 2nd (top) floor. It is a basic motel, with parking immediately in front of the rooms. No amenities, and nothing nearby (walking distance) for dinner/snacks/drinks.”

”Our experience was terrible. The power was out for the entire night, yet no one from the hotel checked on guests or offered any assistance or updates. We requested a refund because the room was not usable under those conditions, but our request was refused.”

”Description included proximity to a shopping area- it was a re-creation of a historic village. My fault for not researching what it was as I appreciate the authentic and not a re-creation. It was close to the main Mystic area for shopping and restaurants.”

”I loved the place, and it right next to a hunted graveyard. The breakfast was excellent also. My only issue was an old guy at the front desk. Wanted to extended my stay and made my do it the wrong way causing a pending charge on my account for a week. The management team was great to try and help resolve, thank you!”

”Difficult to rate the property since it’s undergoing significant renovation. The updated areas are very nice and clean. We were in a renovated suite, which was quite large and comfortable from a size perspective. However, there were some shortcomings. The a/c was not hooked up in the main bedroom so we roasted. The kitchen sink only had hot water (dangerous with little kids), no cold. The doors to the bathrooms didn’t shut. These are items I’d expect would have been checked before...
