”The property is mediocre. The floors were pretty dirty. The grounds had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv didn't work. I was thankful to only be there one day. Great if you are a smoker with pets to stay for a night but that's about it. No coffee maker in the room but there was a dunks nearby. Definitely needs to be cleaned up. I never even saw any staff but the one lady at the desk. I definitely could have gotten more for the price. ”

”Una mala experiencia con la persona que nos hizo la registracion me sentí descriminado y con molestia ,,, ya que la persona que me registró se limitó a solo pedir mi identificación y nunca me explicó el beneficio del desayuno y otras cosas que tenía el hotel ,,, me dieron una habitación terrible muy sucia con olor a cigarro que tuve que ir a quejarme y me dieron otra habitación y ahí fue donde vi el trato diferente a otras personas (americanos) y fue muy molesto tener esa experiencia,,, ojalá y...

”Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Room was clean.”

”I arrive and there’s no one at the front seat. A written sign says to “knock on door”‘which I do for several minutes. I then resort to yelling “hello, anyone here?” This goes on for 10 mins. I then call the hotel and the phone that rings is at the desk where I am standing. Finally some an employee walks through the door after “getting sone fresh air” He gives me my keys, drive around to the back to Door C, keys don’t work. Drive back to front desk only to get accused of putting the keys agains...

”Everything good and easy”

”In all of my years of travel, I have never been charged an Early Check-In Fee. The fee was to "rush" the cleaning of a room. Yet once I said that I'd pay the fee, the room was ready. When you check in, either a room is ready for you or not. Being charged a fee to get to your room that is cleaned & ready is absurd, especially since I'm attending an event that is being held at that hotel! ”
