”Loved the woodland cottage, it was one of my favorite VRBO’s so far! It was decorated beautifully with so many wonderful little touches throughout and came stocked with everything we could possibly need, including snacks, games, even a stocked medicine cabinet. We even borrowed some stadium cushions for the shows at Red Rocks that we were there for. The location was so convenient and the surroundings were gorgeous! We loved sitting on the deck watching the deer (and I think I saw two foxes!)...

”Everything was amazing! The communication was so quick and helpful! Our guests for our wedding felt so comfortable and it was a great space to go back to. It was awesome to have a little kitchen and space so they didn’t have to eat out all the time. We can’t recommend this place enough. The space is so cute!”

”Lovely cabin! Perfect for me, my husband and teen daughter to have a relaxing family getaway. Close enough to enjoy Golden, Boulder, and Denver while having a quiet place to turn to in the evenings. Stunning views and nature trails! ”

”The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror.”

”Me and my family loved our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and had activities for our family to play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were stores close by went plenty of eating options as well. ”

”What a great house and location! The beds were comfortable and the views each morning were inspiring. Walked downtown each morning for coffee and really enjoyed the convenience for everything we enjoyed. Julia was responsive and very helpful. The house is very historic and well decorated!! One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. Nice and quiet neighborhood and a pleasure to walk around. Will definitely stay here again!!”

”The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say...
