”Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

”I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)”

”Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. There was a large outdoor event happening when we arrived, which was loud in our room (we faced the event), but it ended right when the staff said it would, right around 9 pm. Quiet building overnight, air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was included - pancake maker broken, but sausage, eggs, hash browns and French toast,...

”This is an older hotel that could definitely use some updating. The beds were clean and comfortable but the air conditioning was not working properly and the bathroom walls and shower need replacing.”

”I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Why didn't they know that before we put our stuff in our room. We had to take all our belongings and move...

”The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom didn’t seem very clean. Maybe it was just old but it looked dirty.”

”Concrete floor sank like 2 to 3 inches and I rolled my ankle as soon as I walked in , because I was looking at the stains all over the carpet. Blood flung on the curtains. Something spilled in the fridge then to the floor and was never cleaned up. Had to toss all my things that was in the place. Bugs that I couldn't see was biting me all over. Can't believe it has such a good review. No damm way that is close to being right !!!”

”When we checked in initially we got a room that had a broken TV & there was quite a bit of damage on the furniture in the room. We asked the front desk to switch us to a different room & they quickly did & our stay was fine after that. The other guests in the hotel were loud & rowdy, even at night, but I don’t think that could have been helped due to all the events being held there. Don’t think it was quite worth the price but good enough for what it was for.”

”If you are staying near the Moline airport, go across the street and stay with Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe and the shuttle back from the airport to get my car took an hour.”

”Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds.
