”We were pleasantly surprised at how big the rooms were. The location was great. Close to everything. And it was nice and quiet. It was nice & clean too. Ned was comfy. It was a good deal for the money. There were a couple of suggestions I made to the owner such as the need for a comfy chair in the livingroom, and the need for a few more hand towels and dish towels in the kitchen and bathroom & maybe a casserole dish and a mixing bowl in the kitchen. ”This was a truly excellent stay, It is truly 4 mins or less to downtown Black Mountain. But also was just a great spot with a beautiful view of the mountains. And it was quiet even when others were staying in adjacent rooms. ”

”The host was very responsive; however this house has so many good qualities but it could be great. The kitchen is lacking, not enough coffee cups, serving dishes oven mits. Downstairs has nothing in it. Ovens downstairs were off temperature. Host did run out to buy new silverware so we had enough during our stay. The house could use hooks on the back of doors to hang wet towels, black sheets in master, make you think something is not clean (never saw black sheets) definitely not enough...
