”My toilet didn’t flush the whole time I was there, there was a bug crawling on my pillow and daughter, and there was hair all over the shower. The staff was told about all of this and their response was is nothing can be done. I will never stay here again.”

”This property needs to be updated. The bathrooms specifically were in poor condition. It is an older property so one may expect an average appearance; however, the bathrooms were not suitable. Otherwise the space was ok. It is a located well in terms of the Seaside Boardwalk.”

”If you’re looking for a room with beds and AC, this is a good deal. But, we couldn’t check in for 2 hours because they had “no clean rooms”. There was multiple families waiting to check in a small office. Once I finally refused to leave until they checked us in, they got a room ready. The parking is very tight but there is room for 1 car, other cars were getting blocked in. ”Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!”

I booked for guests through Expedia, which showed up on their end as threee (mistake on Expedias end) and the front desk guy hunted us down and was so rude and threatened to trespass us because I was trying to figure out why it only said 3 guests when I booked for 7 for...

”The pool is OK. Some things worked,some things didn't. The wifi is mid at best. Great location though! The staff was friendly and helpful. Low end,but definitely one of the lowest prices.”

”My family and I love staying here! The rooms are always clean. The staff and their kids are very kind and friendly. The distance from room to the boardwalk/beach is about a 3min walk with kids..super close..the pool was clean and fun for days we didnt go to beach. High recommend…”

”Location was good if you want to be near the boardwalk. Room was clean, but smaller than what pictures made it out to be. Bath towels were terrible. Bring your own. Pool is a joke. So small but did provide relief with the heat. Beds were eh. Pillows thin. Would not stay again.”

”Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

”This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.”
