”We came on a Sunday afternoon. There were no cars in the parking lot. We were given room on the highway side, the first room beside the ice maker and the elevator. After requesting to be relocated,It took 15 minutes for them to give us another room. We do not understand why, on a slow night, we were given the least desirable of available rooms.”

Very nice!
As a handyman, I noticed little things...
The bathroom door does not click shut and the water diverted on the tub spout only sent 1/4 of the water up to the shower head. 3/4s of the water came out the spout making for a weak shower. I passed these simple issues to the nice woman at the counter. Our room was #314.
Other than those two small issues, my wife and I could not believe how big and beautiful the room was! FULL SIZE Fridge too!!”
