”Olimme varanneet kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Huoneessa oli 120cm leveä yksi sänky. Jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta viiden yön aikana 5 kertaa. Yhdellä kerralla huoneessa oli jo asukas. Kahden hengen huoneissa 1 pyyhe. Ammattitaidoton henkilökunta. Lopuksi huone yritettiin laskuttaa toiseen kertaan vaikka se oli jo varatessa maksettu.”

”Nice hotel but the exterior let it down as it didn’t have much kerb appeal with flaking paintwork and a blocked of car park exit that was very untidy Food was expensive so we ate elsewhere on the second night The interior is a little dated but was clean My main bugbear is the state of the remote control in the room which was filthy! I had to clean it myself with sanitiser and a cotton bud ! Staff were very pleasant and accommodating and breakfast was good, but would have benefitted from hash...

”Clearly bought over from another chain, this IBIS is a bit different to most I’ve stayed in (eg in London). But we had a warm welcome despite a very late checkin, the room was clean & well presented, everything worked and the beds were comfy. Tasty breakfast too. Minor issue with incorrect room charge was sorted easily and with a smile. Thanks to the small team here 👍”

”Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before...

”We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ?
