”While the beds seemed clean, there were stains all over the carpet, chairs, and walls. There was also an overwhelming wet dog smell in the room. It was pretty uncomfortable to stay in the room because of these things.”

”The tub surround of the shower area was moldy as well as the grout in between the tile. Some bleach and a scrub brush could be very helpful. The corners of the room had plenty of settled dust, dead bugs and hair – telling me that the room certainly wasn't deep cleaned in between guests.”
