”The property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water...

My grandpa had passed away we were there for a funeral and had to bring the kids… so we booked for the pool and it was close to family…. Well we get there and the front desk gal was complaining that she was ready to go home and was going home after checking us in. I asked if we could book additional nights as things came up and family needed us to stay longer. She said no do it on Expedia wouldn’t even check...

The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking.
