”Lovely establishment and lovely area”

”This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. We felt very comfortable playing games and having drinks in the evening, enjoying the unique heated outdoor pool and generally relaxing. ”We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. ”

There were some staffing shortages that led to some hiccups, but that was situational and shouldn't be a problem moving forward.”
