”It was not brought to our attention that traveling by a rentable golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation around the resort Also, we had a problem with ants the last day We booked Spa activities and was not told that it was not really a good idea to go on foot that golf cart or vehicle instead of a 1 mile hike straight up the mountain”

”The staff was just exasperated bc they have no one to work. I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. NO one is there for the breakfast area and there was no coffee made bc the front desk person had nit had time to make it. Absurd. Only one lady for housekeeping had shown up for work and the only other employee was the front desk clerk. I...

”Love Blacksburg Bed and Breakfast; we’ve stayed here a number of times and nothing beats being in the heart of Blacksburg!”

”Room was clean and nicely done. All amenities were good. Plenty of parking and two restaurants within walking distance.”

”The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors.”
