”Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F.”

”This is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean without signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable.There is plenty of parking. The location met our needs.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was understaffed and understocked. They ran out of a number of items. The water dispenser was out of order and there wasn't an option for filling our water bottles. Guests left tables without bussing and the staff didn't bus either.”

”We booked this hotel for the wrong date (June 9 and it should’ve been June13). When we got to the hotel it was fully occupied. The staff were very nice.
Unfortunately we contacted Expedia and they called the hotel who stated that they would not give us a voucher for another stay. We’ve stayed there many times and it’s perplexing that they don’t value returning customers enough to accommodate them. Needless to say we will not stay there again.”
