”Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”

”There was initially a problem with the internet, but the host was very communicative, worked hard to resolve the problem, and said they plan to change provider. The accommodation is spacious and well-located. There is not much sound-proofing from upstairs, but it is not unbearable. There is everything you need in the kitchenette and laundry facilities are excellent. Shower is hot, bed is huge. Great place to stay if you need to be in Seattle, don't like being in hotels, and don't need a room...

"The staff were extremely welcoming. Eric in particular deserves a big thank you for his excellent work. The only negative was that the valet brought us the wrong car, which caused us to wait unnecessarily for ours. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and everything went smoothly."
