”The location was perfect for us. We were there for fishing trip with our little family. I love that we are able to save money by cooking on a full kitchen. The only suggestion that I have it would have been nice to have plastic plates for the kids but no biggie. I was just afraid of the kids breaking any plates. The box fan were perfect. Lovely place. ”

”Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money.”

”The house was so nice, host helpful and the view amazing tight next to a huge park we all loved our short stay. Had a really good lunch at the blue goose nearby (order the cheesecake)! We took a walk down to the water and the host left ingredients for s’mores!!!”

”Very cute space. Loved the location, close to all things downtown. Easy communication and check in/out instructions. Parking was a little stressful, especially if getting back after dark. Not sure if there is no A/C, it was a little hot but well supplied with fans and window. Would stay here again! ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”
