”I loved the cabin location. The cabin was equipped with everything needed and very clean. The owner was VERY HELPFUL and quick to respond to any questions asked. The bed was super comfy. ”The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
