”What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. ”

”My husband and I selected this rental for a spring break getaway. The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us. The cabin was very clean and the host left freshly potted flowers on the deck. When we weren’t hiking we spent most of our time out on the deck. It seemed to add extra living space. The location was convenient to shopping and hiking. ”Great cabin and property. Wes is a great host. We had a couple of days with severe weather during our stay and he was quick to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I had one very minor issue (breaker needed to be reset) and Wes was very happy to help walk me through the process. Can’t wait to come back. This is one of our favorite areas and Riverbend is a great place to stay.”

”Loved it the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the beds they were a little uncomfortable but the couches were good to sleep on! The house was beautiful and clean. In a very beautiful area and close to amazing hiking areas. The ice cream place downstairs was an amazing treat as well.”
