The house consists of two parts, a penthouse apartment, which consists of an open bedroom with a free-standing bathtub, a practical kitchen with a refrigerator and a bar, and a separate bedroom, which is ideal for children, so that a smaller family can stay together.
On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and additional toilet, while interior stairs lead to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace with sea views. Outside, a covered terrace with good garden furniture and an open terrace with barbecue and jacuzzi await you. Since the plot is about 40,000 m² and the nearest neighbor is about 500 m away, you will enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility here. After crossing the local roads, you can share the entire property to the sea. A small path leads to the sea and a swimming area surrounded by pine trees. This is an ideal place for fishing, where fishing competitions are organized every year from the coast. If you are interested, you have the possibility to fish from a boat or make trips to the nearby islands of Hvar and S?edro.
