The terrace and garden benefit from a south-facing and east-facing position, filling the spaces with natural light throughout the day. A large kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with an oven, gas stove with 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table for shared meals. The ground floor further includes 2 bathrooms: one with shower and WC, and one with shower, bidet, and WC.
