”Very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfasts and generally a comfortable place to stay. Having a guest fridge and being able to heat your own food instead of eating out every evening was a great facility.”

”The hotels location is perfect, right in the centre of town. Staff are brilliant, professional and friendly. Didn't use the pool as was too hot in there, but another time maybe.
They were having problems with the boiler but well handled by reception.
Oh I can't forget the Cheese Souffle!!! It was amazing!!”

”All the staff, especially those in the bar/restaurant area were excellent. They were very accommodating, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was lovely, although you do need some level of navigational expertise to find your room and your way around the hotel!”

”A character-full period property in an impressive setting, with parking space provided. Everything was clean and tidy.The breakfast room has some great views of the surrounding landscape. The breakfast itself was delicious and plentiful. There is also a lounge room downstairs which has a shared fridge and a free espresso maker in for use throughout the day. Our bedroom was a decent size, comfortable and ckean. The bed and bathroom, shower etc. all good.
