”Problems:
1. Inadequate parking. Had to park in the adjoining restaurant lot.
2. Front desk ran out of door key cards; clerk had to leave front desk and let in late arrivals.
3. Water was dripping from the ceiling above the bathroom onto the tub and beside the toilet.
Night desk clerk was very nice and apologetic for the problems. Taxi to the airport was ordered by the clerk and was waiting for us at the requested time.”

”This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. ”Our stay was not bad.
Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size.
Downsides were no continental breakfast. The blankets were thin, and there were no drapes on the window which made the morning bright.
I'd stay here again.”

”First issue was, the internet was down on check-in. Not a big deal but I, THE GUEST, was given a support number and instructed to call them. Issue was eventually resolved, but I thought it inappropriate I had to call support. Next thing, we got locked out of our room because a battery in the door lock had died. Don’t you guys check these things to head off this kind of situation? Had to wait I. The hall about w0 minutes for this issue.”

”The staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and it was clear they believe in top notch hospitality. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It was a boxed meal containing a warmed up pressed egg sandwich with an oily croissant, plastic wrapped chocolate chip muffin and a no name fruited yogurt in a plastic container. We chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant the following morning. I would have expected a much better breakfast experience from an establishment like the Priory.”
