”This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in.”

”The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. I called down to the desk and they just said sign into public I did and I was connected to the Internet. The next day we left went down, had breakfast and. went to the conference we were attending. ”Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. Sat at an electronic machine with a live host and waited 30 minutes for a waitress (after turning on the set of light) and she...

”The entire stay was terrible! Gave us keys to someone else room. Sheets had stains and requested manager come to our room. He proceeded to give many excuses including " we rent to the homeless in the off season and they trash the place". They did change the sheets but he "assured us" the stained sheets were clean!”

”The first room i was assigned was not cleaned i videoed the issues took it to front desk and they apologized and switched me the bathroom was not cleaned hair on walls and tub and dried up toothpaste on the since knob and one of the staff offered to clean it and what he did next i was out of there how you cleaning with no chemicals and tissue.. in the second room was ok so i stayed my 2 nights but will not stay there again needs upgrading and better cleaning crew”

”This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”
