”one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

”We stayed at the cabin for all-star weekend in Cooperstown. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the baseball field and was very quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire of the fire pit and having coffee on the porch swing. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and the master bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything f we needed to cook meals and the jacuzzi tub was definitely an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!”

”The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us.”

”Stayed here for a family of 6 ski trip to Belleayre. It was very clean and well stocked, with comfortable furnishings . Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck, which has lots of comfortable seating around it. This is a perfect all-season house. I highly recommend it. Will definitely return!”

”Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted...

”What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. ”I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! ”We stayed at Mella’s property for our extended family gathering. It was wonderfully private and relaxing. We loved being able to all fit at one table for meals, but we also ate on the back deck and spent time around the campfire.
