”This hotel is not what I was expecting.”

”Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.”

”Accessible in this hotel means a regular bathtub/shower Combo with grab bars and a handicapped toilet. not very accessible. I will take Comfort Inns off my list of places to stay after staying here.”

”We paid for a suite but condition of the room was horrible. Room smelled terrible, bathroom faucet leaked which left standing water on vanity and the door deadbolt wouldn’t retract making it difficult to lock room from the hallway side. 2-night stay but room wasn’t cleaned. Not up to Marriott standards! ”

”Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again.”

”A vacation within a vacation. We came to see & experience Crystal Bridges & we stumbled into 21c & downtown Bentonville. All of it, the entire city, makes the most of giving back in a very safe & beautiful place.”

”The most annoying problem with my stay was that the toilet in my room was so low that every time I sat on it parts of me were in toilet water. To say the least this was an uncomfortable and unsanitary. I’m a man of average height (5’ 11”) and proportions. I don’t think this problem is any way unique to me. When I checked out, I talked to the manager. She said she was aware that the toilets in the hotels’ guest rooms were a problem. She and other staff members had recently stayed overnight at the...

”The staff was super helpful especially since we needed tickets printed at the last minute. , The room and bathroom were clean. The grandkids enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool, this was their favorite!! Home2Suites is our favorite place to stay.”

”My favorite part of my stay was waking up to the sun being filtered through the trees outside my rooms window! Most hotels have a view of a parking lot or highway. Very nice stay!”

”Floor bathrooms was like mold around very dirty and black around calling (tub) broken lamp no bathroom exhaust fan and lady and breakfast only one person they should have 2 o more working in the area”

”The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.”

”The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. ”

”The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area.”
