I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. The suite we reserved was on the first floor, near the end of the building, very convenient to some nice green space. ”The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well.
