”The lady who checked me in was beyond friendly and had such a welcoming smile. I wish I remembered her name. But she was a lovely and friendly lady. Exact type of person you want to have welcoming guests. ”

”Cracks and flakes above my bed and in the bathroom ceiling. View of the pool, that was not in use understandably was bad. Leaves all in the pool area, was not inviting to sit outside because of how it looked. Free breakfast was a joke, all of the juice in the juice machine was out. Coffee was sub, and the pancake machine was down and appeared to have been down for a while. Helpful if staff could speak English and answer questions if you have a question. I would not recommend this hotel. Only...

”It was terrible, was promised microwave and refrigerator and I had neither. No one accommodated me or even cared, it was like they was telling you whatever to get your money”

”Just a wonderful suite! We thoroughly enjoyed our night there would recommend to others!”

”Good for a one night stay. Breakfast was terrible. Dried up eggs, sausage sitting in grease and no cold cereal options. It was obvious it had not been tended to.”

”The staff was wonderful. We had a few issues with our room but nothing that maintenance couldn’t handle. The breakfast in the morning was all great”

”The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area giving directions. The breakfast menu was very good hot and cold foods plenty of fresh fruit they kept it well stocked, coffee 24/7 which I appreciated. Plenty of parking although we didn't know it first if you could park in the back all the way towards the vet. One of the staffers actually came out and walked us around and showed us as far the parking lot went, so we knew we can park over there. Great stay.”

”The shower was cold water, the sink did not drain, you heard the water running through the walls with every flush and the coffee in the morning was cold from the day before. Would not recommend.”

”The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

”Would have been 5 stars but the main elevator wasn’t working. There was another elevator at other side of hotel. ”
